第五届亚太语料库语言学会议(The 5th Asia Pacific Corpus Linguistics Conference)将于2024年10月25-27日在上海交通大学举行。大会主题是“新数据、新理论”,旨在为海内外学者提供学术平台,交流语料库语言学研究领域的新思想、新方法、新成果,共同推进学科发展与学术创新。
The 5th APCLC (October 25-27, 2024, Friday to Sunday) will be held at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. The conference will act as a major forum for the presentation of innovative ideas, approaches, developments, and research projects in the areas of Corpus Linguistics. The major theme for the conference is “New Data, New Theories”.

We invite contributions relating to all theories and applications of corpus linguistics. There are three categories of proposals, namely full papers, posters, and pre-conference workshops. All proposals will be peer-reviewed by the conference program committee. We ask that presenters submit no more than two proposals as first author.
Full papers consist of a 15-minute talk followed by 5 minutes for questions and discussion. Submission should present completed research where substantial results have been achieved. Abstracts should be 300 words (maximum).

Posters can present either results of completed research or work in progress. Abstracts should be 300 words (maximum).
③Pre-conference workshops Half-day pre-conference workshops will take place on the Friday before the main conference (which starts on Saturday). Abstracts for submission (max. 300 words) should include a complete description of the half-day workshop (max time 3 hours).
